Mascaa Return & Exchange Policy Overview Mascaa creates exclusive designs and uptown fashion for everyone — men, women, and children. We offer a flexible, simple return and replacement policy to make shopping easy and enjoyable. Returns & Replacements
• You may return or request a replacement within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Custom designs and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned. Unavailable Size or Color
• If we are unable to fulfill the size or color you ordered, we will gladly issue a refund to your original form of payment. Refunds for unavailable items are processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm the issue. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will arrange a replacement or a refund after reviewing the issue. Please keep the original packaging and provide photos when requested. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
1. Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Follow the return instructions provided by Customer Care, pack the item in the original box, and include your packing slip or order confirmation.
3. Ship the item back using the carrier and method instructed by Customer Care. Refunds & Processing Time
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Return Shipping & Fees
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Mascaa error (e.g., wrong or defective item). If we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Exceptions & Final Sale
